  1. Hey Grace, I love reading your soul! It is so beautiful! I used to journal all of the time before the girls were born. I keep trying to get back into it, but every time I sit down someone wakes up or cries or needs to potty….I miss it so much. There is something about journaling (or in your case, blogging) that solidifies dreams, thoughts, and visions. I never feel as though any idea or revelation I have is quite real until I’ve written it down. I never feel as though I have really prayed until I can see it and review it in writing. It is a discipline in itself. In reading just your first few entries you have inspired me to once again tour the island and see it with new eyes. You have also inspired me to MAKE time to write….I miss it.

I really like you, Grace. I hope while you are here that we will become good friends. Perhaps we can inspire one another. Also, I am replying on this recipe part of your blog because I would love to help you scour around and find recipes (special ones that will remind you of the island). I love to cook and play in the kitchen. I’m looking forward to having you and Dan over soon to play games and eat.

Thank you for loving Jesus and serving Him with your life.
Your Sister in HIm, meredith ellen
